Here’s how a little lovely works.
What exactly am I sending?
A digital gift that opens in a browser: flowers, a heart, a star, a teddy or a gift box, with the recipient’s name and your personal note. It’s an online surprise, not a physical delivery.
How much does a gift cost?
Each gift is a one-time $3.00 purchase, plus applicable tax at checkout. There’s no subscription, and the recipient pays nothing to open it. Your bank may charge a currency-conversion fee if your card uses a different currency.
How does my gift reach them?
After payment is confirmed, we email the gift link to you and the recipient. You can also copy the link or download its QR code. Enter the recipient’s email carefully so the surprise reaches the right person.
Do they need an account or an app?
No download or recipient account is needed. They open your link in a supported browser and tap to unwrap. An internet connection and JavaScript are required. If their device can’t display interactive 3D, they’ll see a still image instead.
Can I see the experience before buying?
Yes. to try the same reveal your recipient will see. When you personalise a gift, you can also preview your selected gift and note before payment.
Is the message private?
Anyone with the gift link can see the names and message, so share it thoughtfully. Gifts aren’t password-protected. Please avoid sensitive information. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.
Can they open it more than once?
Yes. The gift link works for 30 days after payment and can be opened more than once during that time.
What if payment succeeds but I don’t get a link?
Don’t pay again. Use “Check payment again” on the payment-status screen if it’s shown. If you still need help, use the support contact in our Terms of Service and keep your payment reference handy. The Terms also explain cancellations, refunds and your rights if a gift isn’t supplied or doesn’t work as described.
